Spring-loaded socket for electric lamps. The invention is a fe-reducing socket for electric lamps. Ge according to the invention. the socket, on which the socket thread, which is freely movable in all directions, is attached, pressed by a helical spring onto an elastic, ring-shaped insert made of insulating material in the housing sleeve.
In the drawing, an example embodiment of the subject invention is shown. FIG. H shows a section through a socket according to the invention with a screen; Fig. 2 shows such a socket partially in section. The upper housing sleeve 1 is. connected to the lower housing sleeve 3 by the bayonet catch 2, 4. The lampshade 5 can be screwed Festge by means of the screws 6 above the bead 7 attached to the lower housing sleeve 3.
The socket thread 9 is fastened to the mounting block 8 and is secured against rotation in the usual way, because the two bulges 10 of the lower housing sleeve 3 engage in the groove-shaped recesses 11 on the mounting block 8. On the stepped parts 12 of the housing sleeve 3 rests. the annular rubber insert 13 with the shoulder 22 ter. The insert 13. Serves the Fas sungsstein 8 as a base.
The helical spring 14 is supported on the one hand against the upper housing sleeve 1 and on the other hand against the annular insulating disk 15 lying on the mounting block 8. The electrical current is supplied to the contact screw 16 and to the mounting thread 9 in a known manner by lead wires, which have been omitted in the drawing for clarity.
The upper part 19 of the mounting ring 20 is widened so that it does not touch the part 12 of the sleeve 3 anywhere. The mounting stone 8 can be moved a little in all directions with the mounting thread 9 attached to it. will. The insert 13 can consist of any other elastic insulating material instead of rubber. To save the mounting ring 20, a funnel-shaped projection 21 can be added to the part 12 of the Ge housing sleeve 3, which extends to the end of the mounting thread 9 (Fig. 2).
If the lampshade or the socket sleeve hits a shock, the same is transmitted to the socket thread 9 weakened by the spring 14 and the rubber insert 13 that the lamp screwed into the latter is not. can be damaged.
