Es sind bereits Fassungen für elektrische Glühlampen mit Kugelfuss bekannt, welch letzterer behufs leichter Einstellbarkeit und raschen Ein- und Aushebens der Lampe von Kontaktzungen umgriffen wird, an die der eine Leitungsdraht angeschlossen ist, während der zweite Leitungsdraht mit einer zentral und federnd gelagerten Kugel verbunden ist.
Die vorliegende Erfindung besteht nun darin, dass bei der obangeführten Einrichtung der die beiden Kontaktarme, nämlich die Zungen und die Kugel, tragende Halter an dem Boden einer Gewindehülse befestigt und diese in einem mit Metallgowinde versehenen Fassungskörper eingeschraubt ist. In den Zeichnungen ist Fig. 1 ein Vertikalschnitt, Fig. 2 ein Querschnitt nach 2-2 und Fig. 3 ein Querschnitt nach 3-3 der Fig. l.
Die an einem festen oder beweglichen Stander oder dgl. befestigte Hülse 4 besteht aus einer äusseren Gewindehülse 6 aus Metall und einem inneren Futterring 7 aus Isoliermaterial, der nicht ganz den Innenraum der Gewindehülse 6 ausfüllt. Den Boden der letzteren bildet ein Isolierstück 11, an dem ein ringförmiger Teil mit einer Anzahl von konkaven und federnden Zungen 14 so befestigt ist, dass diese mit der Gewindehülse leitend verbunden sind. Diese Zungen 14 bilden das eine Kontaktorgan, das den bekannten Kugel- fuss 15 umfasst, der das Ende eines in den Hohlraum 17 des Nippels 18 der Lampenbirne 19 eingesetzten Zapfens 16 bildet. Der Kugelfuss besitzt in bekannter Weise eine Metalloberfläche 23, an die das eine Endo des Leuchtfadens 20 mit Httfe des Leitungs- stückes 24 anschliesst.

Das Isolierstück J'J bildet in neuartiger Weise den Halter für berde Kontaktorgane. nämlich die Zungen 14 und die federnd gelagerte Metallkugel 28, und ist am Boden der Gewindehülse 6 befestigt. Um gegebenenfalls die Gewindehülse 6 sicher im Fassungskörper 4 festhalten zu können, kann erstere an ein oder mehrere Stellen 9 (Fig 2) eingeschnitten sein, so dass abstehende Zungen gebildet werden, die sich infolge ihrer Federkraft fest an das Innengewinde von 4 anlegen. Beim Herausschrauben von 6 aus 4 müssen diese Zungen erst mit der Hand oder durch ein geeignetes Werkzeug nach innen zurückgedrückt werden.

The present invention consists in that, in the above-mentioned device, the holder carrying the two contact arms, namely the tongues and the ball, is fastened to the bottom of a threaded sleeve and this is screwed into a socket body provided with a metal gauze. The sleeve 4 fastened to a fixed or movable stand or the like consists of an outer threaded sleeve 6 made of metal and an inner lining ring 7 made of insulating material, which does not completely fill the interior of the threaded sleeve 6.
