Description

  

      Räuchereinrichtung.       Den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet  eine     Räuchereinrichtung    mit Räucherkammer,  die unterhalb einer horizontalen     Rauchver-          teilungsplatte    an einem Kamin seitwärts  angeschlossen ist und oben in der     Mitte     einen trichterförmigen, ebenfalls am Kamin       angpsehlossenen    Rauchabzug besitzt.  



  Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs  beispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes schau  bildlich dargestellt.  



  Der die Räucherkammer bildende Kasten 1  besitzt zwei Türen 2 und 3, und in seinem  Innern unterhalb der letzteren eine horizon  tale, durchlochte     R.auchverteilungsplatte    4.  Der Kasten 1 ist dicht neben einem Kamin 5  aufgestellt, mit welchem der Kasten unter  halb der     Rauchverteilungsplatte    an der  betreffenden Seitenwand durch einen nach  aussen geneigten Kanal 6 in Verbindung  steht, welcher die     Raucheintrittsöffnung    fair  die Räucherkammer bildet. Am äussern Ende  des Kanals 6 ist eine zum Abschliessen des  selben dienende und von ausserhalb des Ka  mins zu     betätigende    Klappe 7 drehbar ge  lagert. Oberhalb des Kanals 6 ist das Ka  min durch einen Schieber 8 abschliessbar.

      An seiner obern Wand ist die Räucherkam  mer mit einem trichterförmigen Rauchabzug  9 versehen, der durch das Rohr 10 ebenfalls  am Kamin angeschlossen ist. Ober- und un  terhalb der     Rauchverteilungsplatte    4 ist der  Kasten 1 mit regelbaren     Lufteintrittsöffnun-          gen    11. und 12 versehen.

      On its upper wall, the Räucherkam is provided with a funnel-shaped smoke outlet 9, which is also connected through the pipe 10 to the chimney. The box 1 is provided with adjustable air inlet openings 11 and 12 above and below the smoke distribution plate 4.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Räuchereinrichtung, mit Räucherkammer, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die letztere un terhalb einer horizontalen Rauchverteilungs- platte an einem Kamin seitwärts angeschlos sen ist und oben in der Mitte einen trichter förmigen, ebenfalls am Kamin angeschlosse nen Rauchabzug besitzt. UNTERANSPRUCH: Räuchereinrichtung nach Patentanspruch. dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rauchein- trittsöffnung mittelst einer von ausserhalb des Kamins zu betätigenden Klappe abschliessbar ist und das Kamin oberhalb der Rauchein- trittsöffnung durch einen Schieber abgesperrt werden kann.
