Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Zwischenproduktes der Teerfarbenindustrie.    Es wurde gefunden, dass man     ein    neues  Zwischenprodukt der Teerfarbenindustrie,  das     2-Chlo@z'-4,6-di-:p-oxy-naphthyl-1,3,5-tri-          a7in    erhält, wenn man auf     einen.    Molekül       Cyanurohlorid    zwei Moleküle     a-Naphth-o,1        ein-          wirken    lässt.

   Das     2-Chlo@r-4,6-di@p-oxy-naph-          thyl-1,3,5-triaziu    bildet als Chlorwasserstoff  verbindung ein     rotes    Pulver und löst sich in       Natronlauge    mit gelber,     in    konzentrierter  Schwefelsäure mit blauroter Farbe, die sieh       rasch    nach braun verschiebt. Es ist ein wert  volles     Zwischenprodukt    zur Herstellung von  Farbstoffen.  



  Mit     Aluminium.ahlorid    und     a-Naphthol     behandelt, gibt das     2-Chlor-4,6-di-p-oxy-          naphthyl-1,3,5-tra.zin,    das     2,4,6-Tri-p-oxy-          naphthyl-1,3,5-tria.zin,    durch Erwärmung  mit einem     TUberschuss    von     0-Chloranilin    des       2-(2-Chlar)-phenylamino-4,6-di    - p -     oxy    -     naph-          thyl-1,3,        5-triazins.     



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  In 1000 Teilen auf<B>-5'</B> abgekühlten       Schwefelkohlenstöff    werden     93Teile        Cyanur-          chlorid    und 93 Teile     Aluminiumchlorid    und       hierauf    ganz allmählich 144 Teile a-Naph-         thol        eingetragen.    Man rührt längere Zeit, wo  bei mau die Temperatur des Arbeitsraumes       ürxeichen    lässt (ca.

       15').        Hierauf    filtriert       man,    und trocknet den     Rückstand.    Dieser       wird    nun in einem Gemisch von 1000     Teilen     Aceton und 200 Teilen Wassergelöst, wobei  zwei Schichten entstehen. Die     wässerige,    die  alles     Aluminium        enthält,    wird abgegossen,  während die     acetonische,        welche        das    gebil  dete     2-Chlor-4,6-di-p-oxy-naphthyl-1,3,5-tri-          a.zin    enthält, mit Wasserdampf abgeblasen  wird.
