Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Strassenbelages aus armiertem     Asphalthartgnss     und gemäss diesem Verfahren hergestellter Strassenbelag.    Dieses Verfahren ist dadurch gekennzeich  net, dass -auf eine festgewalzte     Schotterlage     ein grobmaschiges Drahtnetz und darauf der       Asphalthartguss    aufgebracht wird, und dass  unmittelbar nach dem Aufbringen des     As-          phaltes,    solange derselbe noch weich ist,  durch Anspannen und Aufheben der Enden  des Drahtnetzes dasselbe mit dem Asphalt zu  einer     zusammenhängenden    Schicht derart ver  einigt wird, dass das Netz beiderseits von  einer gleichmässigen Asphaltschicht belegt  ist.  



  Zweck vorliegender Erfindung ist, einen  Strassenbelag herzustellen, welcher nicht nur  die starke Staubentwicklung durch den Au  tomobilverkehr vermeiden, sondern auch nach  haltigen Widerstand gegen starke und un  gleiche     Abnützung    bieten soll.  



  Als     Unterlage    des Belages genügt eine       festgewalzte        Schotterschicht.    Auf diese wird  ein Drahtnetz von etwa 10 cm Maschenweite  und auf diese eine     Asphalthartgussschicht    von  etwa 4 cm     au.fgebra.cht    und das Netz so lange    durch Anspannen und Aufheben seiner En  den bewegt, bis der noch weiche Asphalt das  Netz     durchdrungen    und beide Seiten des Net  zes     gleichmässig    belegt hat. Die so gebildete       zusammenhängende    Schicht wird die Schot  terunterlage so gleichmässig belasten, dass der  sonst übliche Unterbau durch eine Beton  schicht erspart werden kann.

PATENTANSPRUCH I: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Strassen belages aus armiertem Asphalthartguss, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass auf eine festge walzte Schotterlage ein grobmaschiges Draht netz und darauf der Asphalthartguss aufge bracht wird, und dass unmittelbar nach dem Aufbringen des Asphaltes, solange derselbe noch weich ist, .durch Anspannen und Ruf lieben der Enden des Drahtnetzes dasselbe mit dem Asphalt zu einer zusammenhängen den Schicht derart vereinigt wird, dass das Netz beiderseits von einer gleichmässigen As phaltschicht belegt ist.
