  <B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum Hauptpatent Nr. 103649.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     indigoiden        Farbstoffes    der     Anthraeenreihe.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen       indigoiden    Farbstoff der     Anthracenreihe    er  hält, wenn man die     2,3-Anthracenthioglykol-          karbonsäure        mit        a-Isatinanilid    kondensiert.  



  Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein schwarz  grünes Pulver, das in     Schwefelsäure    mit  brauner Farbe löslich     ist,    und     daraus    durch  Wasser in grünen Flocken gefällt wird; mit       Hydrosulfit    und Natronlauge gibt er eine       vio-lettbraune        Küpe,    aus welcher Baumwolle  in rein     grünen,    hervorragend echten Tönen  gefärbt wird.  



       Beispiel:     32 Teile     2,3-Anthra@centhio@glykolliarbon-          säure    werden zusammen mit 25 Teilen     a-Isa-          tinanilid,    150 Teilen     Essigsäureanhydrid    und  10     Teilen    entwässertem     Natrium-acetat    einige  Stunden am     Rückflusskühler    gekocht. Nach  dem Erkalten     wird    das gebildete Kondensa-         tionsprodukt        abgesiauigt    und     mit    Eisessig und  Wasser gewaschen und getrocknet.

       Example: 32 parts of 2,3-anthra @ centhio @ glycolliaric acid are boiled for a few hours on the reflux condenser together with 25 parts of a-isatinanilide, 150 parts of acetic anhydride and 10 parts of dehydrated sodium acetate. After cooling, the condensation product formed is drained off, washed with glacial acetic acid and water and dried.
