Winding indicator device for timepieces. Indica devices have already been proposed: their winding devices for timepieces which are influenced, on the one hand, by the drum of the barrel, and on the other hand, by the axis of the latter. Such devices are applicable cables, given their complicated construction, to very expensive parts and in which the place occupied by such an additional gear does not play an appreciable role.
In many simple watches, however, in eight-day pieces in particular, the adaptation of a winding indicator is often desired.
The object of the present invention is a device whose simplicity allows its use even in pocket watches. It is characterized in that it comprises a needle always driven in the same direction by the parts of the barrel in relation to the finish wise and which can be reset to zero by means of a pushchair.
It is shown in the accompanying drawing, by way of schematic example, an embodiment of a device according to the present invention.
Fig. 1 cry is a side view, partially in section through the axis of the indicator needle; Fig. 2 is a plan view, showing the reset devices of the needle in question.
On the plate a of the watch to which the device is fitted, there is an axis b supporting a barrel c carrying on one end a hand d and, on the other, a reset core e. On this barrel, is engaged, with greasy friction, a wheel f which is in communication with the crown g of the barrel by a reference h.
The spring, while relaxing, drives the crown of the barrel and, consequently, the return h and the wheel f that the needle d follows in its movements. The cogs are sized so that this needle makes one revolution in 9 days, the complete development of the active part of the spring sufficient to make the part work for 8 days.
The reset core e can be operated by a push button i acting on a rocker rc. Each time you wind the watch, you reset the guille d to zero by pressing the pushchair i. The construction shown can, so to speak, be adapted to any watch by giving: of course to the wheels of the dimensions in accordance with the part for which the device is intended. Its use in a watch one day, for example, could be done without difficulty, the place for the parts of the device being found, so to speak, in each caliber.
