Device for the production of seamless rubber goods. The invention relates to a device for the production of seamless rubber goods by the immersion process, with recovery of the solvent, by feeding the air saturated with it first to heating and then to cooling surfaces.
According to the invention, the stimulus surfaces and the cooling surfaces are arranged in direct connection with a housing enclosing the diving room in such a way that the vapors developing from the rubber in the diving room are automatically released only to the heating surfaces as a result of the temperature increase Buoyancy rise, then sink down on the cooling surfaces as a result of the increase in specific weight caused by the decrease in temperature.
The subject of the invention is shown schematically on the drawing in several Ausführungsbeispie len.
FIGS. 1 to 4 show an embodiment of the device in vertical section, and FIG. 5 is a plan view of FIG Housing in horizontal section it is visible.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 1, the housing 1 which encloses the immersion space for the shapes of the rubber goods to be produced, the pierced axis 2 with the carrier 3 of the forms 4 rotatably stored ge. The lower part of the housing is closed off by a curved slide 6 that can be opened by means of the handle 5 . Below this is the container 7 for the solution, which is mounted on a displaceable stamp 8 after opening the slide 6 so can be raised far,
that the molds 4 located at the bottom are immersed in the solution. On the right side of the housing 1 there is a stimulating snake 9 directly on Housing 1 arranged adjacent. The left side of the housing is partially designed as a cooling jacket 10 , to which the coolant is fed through the nozzle 11 , whereupon it after flowing through the cooling jacket 10 the nozzle 19, flows off again.
A guide plate 14 arranged concentrically to the axis of rotation 2, which is perforated at its points 13 adjacent to the heating surface, creates between itself and the inner wall of the housing > 1 a circulation space. In addition, a guide plate 15 is provided for the vapors that are not compressed during their downward movement. The movement of the vapors in the interior is indicated by the arrows.
First, the solvent dispensers are heated on the heating surface 9 and consequently receive a lift. On the other side of the housing, the vapors then condense as they flow past the cooling surface 10 and #sinhen as a result of the increase in their specific weight produced by the temperature reduction. The 5 n condensate collects in a drainage channel 10 at the lower end of the cooling surface.
In the embodiment of FIG. 2, the heating surfaces of which are heated by means of steam, there is a roof-like attachment having two heating surfaces 9 and two cooling surfaces 10 on the housing > 1 placed so that the solvent vapors developing in the diving room follow an angular path according to the arrows drawn,
by first stroking the lines 9 and then the cooling surfaces 10 . The heating steam enters]) ei 9a and exits at gb, the cooling water enters at Joa and exits at Job. The condensate trickling down the cooling surfaces is in the channels 16 </ B > caught.
In the lower part of the rope space a smaller heating coil 14 is provided, which facilitates the emergence of an automatic circulation in the Pfeilriellt-Ling.
The embodiment: of FIG. 3 differs from that of FIG. 2 in that the heating and cooling system placed on the housing 1 consist of each < / B> two cooling surfaces 10 and 10 ' with collecting channels 16 and 16' are made up of The solution coming to the thawing room (ysel medium vapors is fed through a central duct 15 provided with a heating coil 9 .
The outflowing solution Z'n middle steams divide roughly at the highest point of the da (-like attachment naeli both sides and A "flow in two partial streams on the cooling surfaces 10 and 10 ' back over into the thawing area.
In the lower part of the diving room, heating coils 14 are provided on both sides, which have the purpose of keeping the area in which the air filter 17 is housed at a slightly elevated temperature, so that not Cold air enters the housing 1 with each immersion process. Di (- the flow direction of the vapors is again indicated by arrows.
Naturally, in the embodiments of FIGS. 2 and 3, baffles that regulate the flow of the vapors could also be provided inside the diving space, as in FIG. 1.
In the embodiment of Fig. 4 and 5 , see honing-centric to the shaped truss Z, en 3, 4 wings 1.7, which are fastened to radial arms by means of adjusting screws and slots, both in terms of their distance from their axis of rotation and in terms of their angular position.
The arms 18 are fastened on both sides of the mold carrier on a frame 19 that can be loosely rotated about the axis 2. in which a gear 20 is firmly seated. This is driven by the gear wheel 21 and the Kerel wheel drive 22 from the main drive shaft 23 of the 11a, -, ebiiie, which at the same time by thin snow drive 24 the formt.rqger 3 in Dre hung.
The gear transmission is such that the rotating gearbox is larger than that of the mold carrier 3 after the wing 17 . These wings accelerate the cell ulatioii inside the diving room. Likewise, the drying of the submerged forms is considerably accelerated as a result of the constant exposure to the wings.
In the devices described according to FIGS. 1 to 3, a powerful, completely automatic circulation, which does not require a fan or other devices, is achieved within the device, while the solvent is largely achieved won again.
