Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de scellement d?un substrat comprenant facultativement une étape (1) d?application d?une composition d?apprêt, et comprenant nécessairement une étape (2) d?application d?une composition d?étanchéité, qui peut être obtenue par mélange de composants (A) et (B) d?un système d?étanchéité 2K l?un avec l?autre, comprenant dans (A) un constituant polymère contenant des groupes thiol (a1) et dans (B) un constituant (b), qui est adapté pour durcir la composition d?étanchéité en induisant au moins partiellement une transformation chimique des groupes thiol du constituant (a1), un constituant organosilane comprenant au moins un groupe hydrolysable X, au moins un groupe NCO et un motif d?espaceur comprenant un fragment MS comprenant lui-même au moins un atome de soufre et étant positionné entre X et le groupe NCO, étant au moins présent, lorsque l?étape (1) n?est pas effectuée, en tant que constituant (a2) dans la composition d?étanchéité appliquée à l?étape (2) ou est, lorsque l?étape (1) est effectuée, au moins présent en tant que constituant dans la composition d?apprêt appliquée à l?étape (1), un substrat scellé pouvant être obtenu par ce procédé, une utilisation dudit constituant organosilane pour l?amélioration de l?adhérence, la composition d?étanchéité utilisée dans l?étape (2), le système d?étanchéité 2K en tant que tel, et le constituant organosilane en tant que tel.
