Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif portatif (1) servant à la détection et l'identification de séquences spécifiques d'acides nucléiques dans différents échantillons, par l'utilisation d'une technique de transcription inverse et/ou d'une amplification isotherme, à l'aide d'amorces oligonucléotidiques spécifiques d'une ou plusieurs régions cibles à détecter, grâce à quoi leur amplification est réalisée sous forme indirecte et non spécifique, ou directe et spécifique, à l'aide de réactifs d'amplification discriminatoires, dont le signal, colorimétrique/fluorescent, est enregistré par le dispositif (1) où la réaction a lieu. Le dispositif est commandé par une application mobile (9), enregistrant également des données acquises par des analyses du dispositif (1), les mémorise dans un serveur distant en nuage (10), qui analyse un ensemble global de toutes les données, ce qui permet une analyse globale, par exemple, de l'évolution d'épidémies. L'invention est utile pour la détection et l'identification de séquences nucléiques pertinentes pour différents types de diagnostic dans différents domaines cliniques, pharmaceutiques, vétérinaires, alimentaires, environnementaux, biotechnologiques, et de biosécurité, et est particulièrement utile dans le diagnostique rapide et peu coûteux, et sur le lieu d'intervention, du virus SARS-CoV-2.
