Abstract

Compositions d'enzymes immobilisées pour la préparation d'une hexose. Les hexoses comprennent, par exemple, le tagatose, le psicose, le fructose, l'allose, le mannose, le galactose, l'altrose, le talose, le sorbose, le gulose, l'idose et l'inositol.
