Abstract

L'invention se rapporte au domaine de la métallurgie et peut être utilisée dans la production de moulages profilés par coulage gravitationnel dans une lingotière, par coulage sous pression, par cristallisation sous pression, que l'on peut utiliser dans l'industrie automobile, pour des corps de dispositifs électroniques, ainsi que comme pièces à vocation particulière pouvant être utilisées à des températures élevées. Cet alliage de coulée à base d'aluminium comprend, en % en poids: fer 0,01-1,1; manganèse 0,5-2,5; nickel 1,2-2,2; chrome 0,02-0,20; titane 0,02-0,15; zirconium 0,02-0,35; le reste se composant d'aluminium. Le fer et le nickel sont présents essentiellement sous forme d'aluminures d'origine eutectique dans une quantité d'au moins 4 % en poids. L'invention a pour but de créer un nouvel alliage d'aluminium de haute technologie se prêtant au durcissement sans utiliser d'opérations de trempage dans l'eau.
