Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé et un équipement de stockage et transport d'éléments émetteurs de gaz chaud, enlevés d'une cellule d'électrolyse destinée à la production d'aluminium, cette cellule étant du type Hall-Héroult comportant des anodes précuites, les éléments comprenant au moins l'un des éléments suivants : anode(s) usée(s), matériau de bain, matériau de revêtement d'anode ; l'équipement comprend un contenant ouvert sur le haut pouvant être fermé, qui peut être fermé au moyen d'au moins un couvercle, ainsi que d'autres moyens destinés à permettre à un matériau d'adsorption de fluorure d'être versé sur au moins l'un de ces éléments qui a été amené dans une chambre centrale (TES) du contenant. L'équipement comprend en outre au moins une aéroglissière de fluidisation (s) disposée à l'extérieur du contenant où le matériau est facilement disponible pour l'au moins une aéroglissière en tant que matériau pré-stocké dans au moins un compartiment de l'équipement ou facilement disponible par fourniture externe de matériau pendant l'opération de recouvrement. L'au moins une aéroglissière distribue le matériau adsorbant le fluorure, par fluidisation du matériau, à travers au moins une ouverture d'entrée (O) dans au moins une paroi latérale (2) du contenant, plus loin dans la chambre centrale (C) et enfin par recouvrement de l'au moins un élément avec le matériau.
