Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'alimentation en matériau à roue de support à chaînes par frottement entièrement roulant. Des chaînes de plaque de raclage (4) entourent une plaque de support de guidage de matériau à protection de roue (6), un barbotin d'engrenage d'entraînement (7), supportant des roues de plaque à chaînes (2), et un barbotin d'engrenage de redirection (8) devant être mis en prise sur le barbotin d'engrenage d'entraînement (7) et le barbotin d'engrenage de redirection (8). Les chaînes de plaque de raclage (4), les plaques de raclage de matériau (5) et la plaque de support de guidage de matériau à protection de roue (6) sont séparées par des espaces. Les plaques de raclage de matériau (5) sont disposées entre deux chaînes de plaque de raclage (4). La surface externe des roues de plaque à chaînes (2) faisant office de support est supérieure à la surface supérieure de la plaque de support de guidage de matériau à protection de roue (6). Les chaînes de plaque de raclage (4) et les plaques de raclage de matériau (5) tournent autour des roues de plaque à chaînes (2) faisant office de support et entraînent la rotation des roues de plaque à chaînes (2) faisant office de support. Aucun frottement de glissement n'est produit entre les chaînes de plaque de raclage (4), les plaques de raclage de matériau (5) et les roues de plaque à chaînes (2) faisant office de support. De plus, aucun frottement n'est produit entre les chaînes de plaque de raclage (4), les plaques de raclage de matériau (5), et la plaque de support de guidage de matériau à protection de roue (6). Les roues de plaque à chaînes (2) faisant office de support roulent et supportent de façon rotative les chaînes de plaque de raclage (4) et les plaques de raclage de matériau (5) pour transporter des matériaux. Ceci met en uvre un transport de matériau à frottement entièrement roulant et un chargement de matériau pour un dispositif d'alimentation à plaque de raclage, les roues de plaque à chaînes (2) faisant office de support sont installées pour réduire la puissance d'un conducteur, et, le frottement et la perte de glissement sont empêchés entre les plaques de raclage et la plaque de support de guidage de matériau à protection de roue (6), réduisant ainsi significativement le bruit et augmentant la durée de vie.
