Abstract
L'invention concerne un récipient destiné à la conservation d'aliments sous vide, comprenant un tube (46) de passage d'air, qui est ouvert à ses deux extrémités. L'invention porte également sur un couvercle (6), de fermeture du récipient. Ce couvercle comprend un moyen (60) de connexion avec le tube (46) du récipient, un canal (5.2, 5.3) de passage d'air s'étendant entre un premier orifice (61) défini par le moyen de connexion (60) et un second orifice (50), un organe (66) de fermeture du canal, tel qu'un clapet, et un mécanisme (62, 72, 76, 74) pour ouvrir un passage d'air (64) entre le premier orifice (61) et un autre orifice, tel que le second orifice (50).
