Abstract

Récipient destiné à la cons erva tion sous vide de matière organique et système de mise sous vide incorporant un tel récipient Ce récipient (12) est destiné à la conservation sous vide de matière organique, notamment un ou des aliments, et équipé d’un tube de passage d’air (16) pour la mise sous vide d’un volume intérieur (V12) du récipient. Une extrémité du tube de passage d’air (16) est équipée d’un clapet antiretour (26) qui autorise une circulation d’air du volume intérieur (V12) vers l’extérieur du récipient et bloque par défaut une circulation d’air en sens inverse. Le clapet antiretour comprend un corps mobile (262) destiné à venir en appui contre un siège (264) et repoussé contre ce siège par un organe élastiquement déformable (266). L’organe élastiquement déformable (266) est monobloc avec une languette (28) accessible depuis l’extérieur du récipient (12). La languette est configurée pour exercer sur l’organe déformable un effort (F’28) de libération du corps mobile (262), lorsqu’elle subit elle-même un effort de traction (F28).
