Abstract

La présente invention concerne une composition de soudage pour relier des métaux de base en acier à teneur élevée en manganèse à des métaux de base en acier à faible teneur en carbone, ainsi que des systèmes et des procédés associés. La composition comprend : du carbone dans une plage d'environ 0,1 % en poids à environ 0,4 % en poids; du manganèse dans une plage d'environ 15 % en poids à environ 25 % en poids; du chrome dans une plage d'environ 2,0 % en poids à environ 8,0 % en poids; du molybdène en une quantité = environ 2,0 % en poids; du nickel en une quantité = environ 10 % en poids; du silicium en une quantité = environ 0,7 % en poids; du soufre en une quantité = environ 100 ppm; du phosphore en une quantité = environ 200 ppm; et le reste comprenant du fer. Selon un mode de réalisation, la composition a une microstructure austénitique.
