Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de lier des corps moulés par injection de poudres métalliques selon lequel un produit métallique est produit en : [1] amenant au moins deux corps moulés par injection de poudres métalliques, chaque corps étant obtenu par malaxage d'une poudre métallique et d'un liant et par moulage par injection du matériau malaxé, en contact les uns avec les autres ; [2] appliquant un agent de revêtement qui contient de l'azote ou du chlore, à une partie de liaison où les deux corps moulés par injection de poudres métalliques, ou plus, sont en contact l'un avec l'autre, ou les uns avec les autres ; et [3] liant les deux corps moulés par injection de poudres métalliques, ou plus, l'un à l'autre, ou les uns aux autres, au niveau de la partie de liaison au moyen d'un dégraissage ou d'un frittage. Ce procédé de liaison peut améliorer la force de liaison au niveau de la partie de liaison.
