Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé analytique permettant de détecter et de quantifier des oligosaccharides polysulfatés, notamment le fondaparinux sodique, à l'aide de la chromatographie liquide ultra performance par interaction hydrophile (HILIC-UPLC) couplée à un détecteur d'aérosol chargé (CAD) ou à un spectromètre de masse (MS). Ce procédé analytique permet d'obtenir un contrôle pendant le processus lors d'une synthèse totale d'oligosaccharides hautement sulfatés par séparation, quantification et identification de masse. Des systèmes et des conditions utilisant ces procédés sont également décrits.
