Abstract
L'invention concerne la détermination du retard d'un moyen de transport planifié qui circule sur un itinéraire selon une table d'horaires. L'itinéraire comprend au moins une étape. La détermination du retard repose sur un horaire de référence détaillé indiquant des positions de référence horodatées arbitraires du moyen de transport lorsqu'il est à l'heure. Une demande concernant le retard du moyen de communication est reçue par un dispositif d'utilisateur situé dans le moyen de transport. La demande indique au moins la position actuelle du moyen de transport. Le retard du moyen de transport est calculé d'après la position actuelle indiquée dans la demande, un horodatage et la position de référence horodatée correspondante de l'horaire de référence détaillé. Le retard calculé est renvoyé au dispositif d'utilisateur. Le retard calculé est stocké dans un journal. En réponse à une demande n'indiquant pas la position actuelle du moyen de transport, le retard renvoyé est fonction du contenu du journal.
