Abstract
L'invention porte sur une pompe à diaphragme ayant une plaque oscillante perfectionnée et un ensemble came/palier destiné à allonger la durée de vie de la pompe et à améliorer la construction de clapets d'entrée et de sortie de manière à obtenir une plus grande surface d'étanchéité effective. Un ensemble came/palier comprend une came moulée par injection directement dans une bague interne d'un palier pour éviter que la came ne soit arrachée du palier. La plaque oscillante est moulée par injection directement sur une bague externe du palier pour empêcher la plaque oscillante de s'écarter de la came et du palier. Des clapets d'entrée et de sortie comprennent des zones en creux périphériques arrondies qui forment une bande, par opposition à une ligne, de surface d'étanchéité effective dans la position fermée dans un siège de clapet, qui éliminent ou réduisent les irrégularités d'étanchéité et qui améliorent l'efficacité de l'étanchéité.
