Claims (13)
- Composant de guidage de l'écoulement d'une pompe, qui est formé en tant que roue à aubes d'un groupe motopompe centrifuge, et qui est composé d'au moins deux parties, caractérisé en ce qu'une première partie (2; 18) du composant est fabriquée par moulage par injection de poudre métallique et une deuxième partie (4 ; 38) du composant est fabriquée en tôle ou en tant que pièce moulée par injection de poudre métallique ou en tant que pièce usinée en plastique, les première et deuxième parties étant assemblées de telle sorte que des espaces creux ou des contre-dépouilles nécessaires entre elles sont formés dans le composant de guidage de l'écoulement.
- Composant de guidage de l'écoulement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les première (2 ; 18) et deuxième partie (4 ; 38) sont reliées de manière fixe l'une à l'autre, en particulier soudées l'une à l'autre.
- Composant de guidage de l'écoulement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la première partie (2; 18) fabriquée par moulage par injection de poudre métallique présente une ou plusieurs aubes (6 ; 22) pour le guidage de l'écoulement.
- Composant de guidage de l'écoulement l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la première partie (2) est un disque de recouvrement, qui est fabriqué d'un seul tenant avec les aubes (6) de la roue à aubes par moulage par injection de poudre métallique, et en ce que la deuxième partie (4) est un deuxième disque de recouvrement fabriqué en tôle.
- Composant de guidage de l'écoulement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la première partie (2) présente un moyeu (8), qui est fabriqué d'un seul tenant avec le disque de recouvrement et les aubes (6) par moulage par injection de poudre métallique.
- Composant de guidage de l'écoulement selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le moyeu (8) présente un filetage qui est formé directement par moulage par injection de poudre métallique au niveau du moyeu (8).
- Composant de guidage de l'écoulement d'une pompe qui est formé en tant que dispositif directeur de pompe pour une pompe centrifuge à plusieurs étages, et qui est composé d'au moins deux parties, caractérisé en ce qu'une première partie (2 ; 18) du composant est fabriquée par moulage par injection de poudre métallique et une deuxième partie (4 ; 38) du composant est fabriquée en tôle ou en tant que pièce moulée par injection de poudre métallique ou en tant que pièce usinée en plastique, les première et deuxième parties étant assemblées de telle sorte que des espaces creux ou des contre-dépouilles nécessaires entre elles sont formés dans le composant de guidage de l'écoulement.
- Composant de guidage de l'écoulement selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la première partie (18) est un premier disque de recouvrement, qui est fabriqué d'un seul tenant avec les aubes (22) du dispositif directeur par moulage par injection de poudre métallique, et en ce que la deuxième partie (28) est un deuxième disque de recouvrement fabriqué en tôle.
- Composant de guidage de l'écoulement selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que la première partie (18) est un premier disque de recouvrement, avec lequel une bague d'appui (32) s'étendant axialement est formée d'un seul tenant par moulage par injection de poudre métallique, laquelle bague d'appui est exécutée pour être garnie d'un insert d'étanchéité (34).
- Composant de guidage de l'écoulement selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif directeur de pompe présente au moins une saillie orientée radialement vers l'extérieur, avec laquelle le dispositif directeur peut être fixé entre deux parties (28a, 28b) d'un corps de pompe (28).
- Composant de guidage de l'écoulement selon l'une des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les première (2 ; 18) et deuxième partie (4 ; 38) sont reliées de manière fixe l'une à l'autre, en particulier soudées l'une à l'autre.
- Composant de guidage de l'écoulement selon l'une des revendications 7 à 11, caractérisé en ce que la première partie (2 ; 18) fabriquée par moulage par injection de poudre métallique présente une ou plusieurs aubes (6 ; 22) pour le guidage de l'écoulement.
- Groupe motopompe, en particulier groupe motopompe centrifuge à un ou plusieurs étages, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente au moins un composant de guidage de l'écoulement selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
