Abstract
La présente invention concerne des procédés et des réactifs qui permettent d'identifier et d'analyser au moins un micro-organisme (par exemple des bactéries) dans un échantillon, et de réduire l'intensité de signal de bruit de fond obtenue lors de l'analyse de l'échantillon par cytométrie de flux. L'échantillon est préparé par la combinaison de l'échantillon avec une molécule réduisant le signal de bruit de fond ou avec un marqueur d'acide nucléique lié de façon covalente à un extincteur de luminescence. Une partie de la matière particulaire dans l'échantillon peut être facultativement éliminée avec une résine avant le marquage par un marqueur d'acide nucléique.
