Abstract

Des réalisations présentent un dispositif de chargeur électrique à ergots. Un chargeur électrique à ergots peut comprendre un dispositif de tige installé par pivotement sur un cadre qui se déploie perpendiculairement à un chemin d'écoulement. Le dispositif de tige peut comporter des tiges disposées radialement autour de l'axe de rotation, et parallèlement à l'axe de rotation, du dispositif de tiges, des éléments de pince disposés le long de chacune des tiges, des éléments de soutien disposés radialement autour de l'axe de rotation et perpendiculairement au chemin d'écoulement et des entraînements électriques couplés aux tiges. Des transporteurs peuvent être couplés au cadre et espacés perpendiculairement au chemin d'écoulement en amont ou en aval du dispositif de tiges. Des entraînements supplémentaires peuvent être couplés au dispositif de tiges et aux transporteurs. Un contrôleur peut être configuré pour synchroniser les entraînements afin d'engager des pièces de travail successives entre les éléments de pince et les éléments de support et déposer les pièces de travail sur un transporteur à ergots.
