Abstract

Constructive embodiments introduced in stove components composed by couplings, consisting of associations of holes (2) and latches (1), stamped, whose shapes, dimensions and arrangement simplify its fabrication and assembly, making unnecessary the use of accessories and tools to the assembly processes of the table (3) with the sides (4) of the stove, the table (3) on the frontal plate (5) and the door (6).

Description

CONSTRUCTIVE EMBODIMENTS INTRODUCED IN STOVE
COMPONENTS
Field of the invention This invention belongs to the mechanical engineering field, specifically electromechanical devices, commonly known as household appliances, particularly constructive arrangements introduced in stove components.

Background of the invention Currently, in the state of the art, the fastening of stove parts for its arrangement and assembly is made through the use of fastening devices, such as screws or rivets, in addition to joint pieces, as illustrated in Figure 7. This system, applied to the pieces set that make up the equipment, adds cost to the final product, considering not only screws, clinches and pieces for this purpose, but also the time and manpower employed to execute the task.

For example, the assembly of the stove table to the side pieces is made by using four screws or rivets, as shown in Figure 7A, plus additional pieces to unite the parts. All this operation, usually manual, requires times to achieve a reasonable accuracy.
In other operation, the union of the table with the frontal finishing, the table is fastened on the sides of the chamber and its frontal part only overlapped to the finishing, which is fixed with screws in the chamber body. This system is not ideal because the table is only overlapped to the finishing, and an alignment gap may occur, other than eventually expose table barbs in the frontal part of the product.
In incubator doors, comprised by two hinges and a handle, with two stamped pieces assembled opposing one another, plus corner finishing, the union of such pieces is made, usually, through at least four rivets, which remain exposed and subject to user interaction, prejudicing the product aesthetic, as well as safety during operation.

State of Art Analysis The document PI 9600036 8A presents a stove component assembly system detailing a fitting system of the intermediate table, which differs from the present invention for not mentioning the same approach regarding stamped bolts and clamps.

The document US 2533797 describes bolt type fitting devices and transverse openings that differs from the present invention for not being stamped on the piece itself, but further added through fastening pieces.

Brief description of the embodiment This invention is related to constructive embodiment introduced in stove components, comprised by couplings, which are associations of orifices and cuttings, bolt type, stamped, whose shapes, dimensions and arrangements simplify its fabrication and assembly, making unnecessary the use of accessories and tools for the assembly process of the table with the sides, table with the frontal finishing and stove incubator door.

Figure 6B shows a vertical perspective of both pieces (6a and 6b) at coupling position. Figure 6C shows the perspective of the coupling bolt (7) detail and the corresponding orifice (8), both stamped on the pieces (6a and 6b).
Figure 7 shows a frontal view of a stove and the current assembly technique, with a detail of the fastening system in Figure 7A, in which are presented the screws (9) that allow the fastening between the parts, namely the table (3), side wall (4) and the reinforcement (10).

Detailed Description of the embodiment This invention describes constructive arrangements introduced in stove components, comprised by couplings, which consist of associations of orifices (2) and bolt type cuttings (1), stamped on the component parts.
Such devices are applied to assemble the table (3) with the stove side (4), as shown in Figure 1 to 4, of the table (3) with the frontal finishing (5), in Figure 5, and of both component parts (6a and 6b) of the stove incubator door, in Figure 6.

In one aspect of this invention, the stove side (4) is supplied with a bolt (1), hook-shaped, as Figures 1A and 2E, stamped on its upper border, having the stove table (3) as a slit (2) on its side lower tab, coincident with the hook (1) of the side (4), as illustrated in Figure 1A. Thus, the table (3), overlapped on the sides (4) and moving some centimeters back, lock the pieces vertically, while limiting the backward motion, as illustrated in Figures 2A and 2C. After that, the table (3) is fastened at its rear part to the chamber through only two screws.

For an alternative arrangement, the coupling system between the table (3) and the side (4) can be inverted, so the side (4) could match the slit (2) and the table (3) has the bolt (1) hook-shaped, as shown in Figure 3A. The operation mode to lock is identical to the previous arrangement, as it may be observed in Figures 4A and 4C.

In other aspect of the present invention, it is provided the stove table (3) with two or more bolts (1), hook-shaped, stamped on its front lower border and turned inward, as shown in Figure 5C, while the finishing (5) has a channel with two slits (2) on its upper tab, coincident with the table hooks (1), shown in Figure 5D. This, when the finishing (5) is coupled with the table (3) tab and displaced a few millimeters sideward, the pieces are locked horizontally, not allowing a gap between them, as observed in Figure 5D. After that, the finishing (5) is fastened, in its lower part, to the chamber through two screws. This routine provides, also, a front finishing free from barbs, contributing to the equipment aesthetic and safety.

In a third aspect of the invention, the system can be applied also the assembly of the stove heater door, providing the external half (6a) of the incubator door with two bolts (7) stamped on its upper border, as shown in Figure 6C, which, upon assembly, are coincident with two slits (8) existing on the upper border of the inner half (6b) of the door, as illustrated in Figure 6C. Thus, the two pieces (6a and 6b) are kept coupled and united by the upper border of both pieces (6a and 6b), and after, the external half (6a) is fastened to the inner half (6b) on its lower part through three rivets.
Then, the upper border of the incubator door becomes free of rivets.

This invention is not limited to the representations mentioned or illustrated herein, and it has to be comprehended in its wide scope. Many changes and other representations of the invention will come in mind of those skilled in the technique to which this invention belongs, having the learning benefit presented in previous descriptions and attached drawings. Further, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed specific shape and that changes and other shapes are understood as enclosed within the scope of the attached claims. Although specific terms are nominated herein, they are only used in a generic and descriptive form and not for a limiting purpose.
