The front plate 2140 is connected with other components through the connection portion 2141, so that the whole front plate 2140 is fixed, and therefore the plate body 2142 of the front plate 2140 can be relatively flat without fixing holes, fixing buckles and other structures, dirt hiding dead angles are avoided, and even if the plate body 2142 is polluted, a user can wipe the plate easily during cleaning, so that the cleaning difficulty of the front plate 2140 is reduced, and the cleaning convenience is improved.
Specifically, oven 2000 includes a cavity 2100, where cavity 2100 encloses a receiving cavity 2101, and receiving cavity 2101 is in an open form, that is, receiving cavity 2101 has an opening 2102, receiving cavity 2101 is open toward the front, food material enters into receiving cavity 2101 (that is, enters into cavity 2100) through opening 2102, food material can leave receiving cavity 2101 (that is, leave cavity 2100) through opening 2102, door 2200 can close and open opening 2102, when door 2200 closes opening 2102, food material can be baked in receiving cavity 2101, and when door 2200 opens opening 2102, food material can be taken and put.
For example, the cavity 2100 includes a bottom plate 2110, side plates 2130, a top plate 2120 and a front plate 2140, side plates 2130 are provided on the left and right sides of the bottom plate 2110, the top plate 2120 is located above the bottom plate 2110, side plates 2130 provided on the left and right sides, the front plate 2140 is provided in front of the bottom plate 2110, side plates 2130, top plate 2120 and front plate 2140 to jointly enclose the accommodating cavity 2101, an opening 2102 is provided in front plate 2140, and a door 2200 is provided in front of the bottom plate 2110, side plates 2130, top plate 2120 and front plate 2140, so that the door 2200 is movably provided, and the door 2200 is movable to enable the door 2200 and the front plate 2140 to abut against each other to close the opening 2102 and separate from the front plate 2140 to open the opening 2102.
The movable arrangement of the door body 2200 has various manners, for example, the door body 2200 is abutted against and separated from the front plate 2140 in a rotating manner, the oven 2000 in this embodiment is a push-pull type oven 2000 (hereinafter, a push-pull type oven 2000 is also exemplified), that is, the door body 2200 is configured to be push-pull arrangement, the opening and closing of the opening 2102 are achieved by the push-pull door body 2200, for example, the oven 2000 includes a slide rail 2400, the door body 2200 is push-pull achieved by the slide rail 2400, the fixed portion of the slide rail 2400 is fixedly arranged, the specific position to which is not limited, the movable portion of the slide rail 2400 is fixed to the door body 2200, and the movable portion of the slide rail 2400 is movably (slidably) connected with respect to the fixed portion of the slide rail 2400, so that the installation of the door body 2200 is achieved by the slide rail 2400 and the push-pull arrangement is enabled.
Oven 2000 has a grill 2300, and grill 2300 is a part for bearing food material so that food material can be baked in accommodating cavity 2101, and in general, grill 2300 is a net hollow structure, avoids the heat flow in accommodating cavity 2101 from being blocked, and the material of grill 2300 is usually selected to be a metal material, which can resist high temperature and has stronger structural strength. The grill 2300 is configured such that it needs to be moved in and out of the receiving cavity 2101 following the pushing and pulling of the door 2200, i.e., there is a connection relationship between the grill 2300 and the door 2200, and when the door 2200 is pushed and pulled, the connection relationship between the door 2200 and the grill 2300 causes the state of the grill 2300 to be changed. Specifically, when the door 2200 is pulled away from the front plate 2140 to open the opening 2102, the grill 2300 moves out of the receiving cavity 2101 as the door 2200 moves through the opening 2102, a user can place food on the grill 2300, and when the door 2200 is pushed closer to the front plate 2140 to close the opening 2102, the grill 2300 moves into the receiving cavity 2101 as the door 2200 moves through the opening 2102, and the food moves into the receiving cavity 2101 simultaneously. The grill 2300 may be directly connected to the door 2200 or indirectly connected to the door 2200, thereby allowing the grill 2300 to be connected to the door 2200.
In the process of using the oven 2000, grease, juice, debris and the like on the food material are inevitably stained with the portion where the front plate 2140 and the door 2200 abut, because food is easy to get in and out through the opening 2102, the portion where the front plate 2140 and the door 2200 abut is easy to be stained with oil stains, and in order to reduce the wiping difficulty of the front plate 2140, the structure of the front plate 2140 is improved in this embodiment. The front plate 2140 includes a connection portion 2141 and a plate 2142, the opening 2102 is disposed on the plate 2142, the plate 2142 is substantially flat and vertically disposed, and when the door 2200 is pushed or pulled, the door 2200 is gradually separated from and approaches the plate 2142, that is, the door 2200 is abutted against the plate 2142 of the front plate 2140, specifically, the door 2200 is separated from the plate 2142 of the front plate 2140, so that the opening 2102 can be opened or closed. The connection portion 2141 is provided on the plate 2142 and extends rearward, and the door 2200 is only abutted against the plate 2142 without being engaged with the connection portion 2141. The connection portion 2141 needs to be fixed, that is, the connection portion 2141 extending towards the rear and other connection portions are cooperatively positioned and/or fixed together, so that the entire front plate 2140 is fixed, and therefore the plate 2142 can be fixed to the entire front plate 2140 under the action of the connection portion 2141 without providing fixing holes, fixing buckles and other structures, so that the plate 2142 can be designed to be relatively flat, no dead space for storing dirt exists, and a user can wipe the plate 2142 more conveniently,
in some embodiments of the present utility model, the connection 2141 needs to be connected to the bottom plate 2110 of the cavity 2100, the top plate 2120 of the cavity 2100, and/or the side plate 2130 of the cavity 2100, and since the top plate 2120, the bottom plate 2110, the side plate 2130, and the front plate 2140 need to cooperate together to form the receiving cavity 2101 and the opening 2102, at least one of the connection 2141 and the bottom plate 2110 of the cavity 2100, the top plate 2120 of the cavity 2100, and the side plate 2130 of the cavity 2100 is connected, which can not only enable the front plate 2140 to be mounted, but also enable the front plate 2140 to be constrained to each other with the bottom plate 2110 of the cavity 2100, the top plate 2120 of the cavity 2100, and the side plate 2130 of the cavity 2100, thereby avoiding an excessive gap between the front plate 2140 and the bottom plate 2110 of the cavity 2100, the top plate 2120 of the cavity 2100, and the side plate 2130 of the cavity 2100. In general, reinforcement constraint needs to be achieved with the bottom plate 2110 of the cavity 2100, the top plate 2120 of the cavity 2100, and the side plate 2130 of the cavity 2100 in the circumferential direction of the front plate 2140, and thus the connection portions 2141 need to be connected with the bottom plate 2110 of the cavity 2100, the top plate 2120 of the cavity 2100, and the side plate 2130 of the cavity 2100. It will be appreciated that the connection in this embodiment means that there is a related interaction relationship between two components, so that the constraint between the two components is achieved, and the connection manner is various, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In some embodiments of the present utility model, as shown in fig. 8, 9, 10, 12 and 13, the connecting portion 2141 includes a first fold 21411, and the bottom plate 2110 of the cavity 2100, the top plate 2120 of the cavity 2100 and/or the side plate 2130 of the cavity 2100 are provided with a limit slot 2103, where the first fold 21411 needs to be embedded in the limit slot 2103, so as to form a preliminary installation for the front plate 2140, which lays a foundation for a subsequent further fastening operation.
Specifically, taking the example that the bottom plate 2110 of the cavity 2100, the top plate 2120 of the cavity 2100 and the side plate 2130 of the cavity 2100 are all provided with the limit groove 2103, when the bottom plate 2110 of the cavity 2100, the top plate 2120 of the cavity 2100 and the side plate 2130 of the cavity 2100 are all provided with the limit groove 2103, the limit grooves 2103 are communicated to form a large annular limit groove, and the connecting portion 2141 includes the first folded edge 21411, for example, the first folded edge 21411 also has an annular structure surrounding the opening 2102, so that when the front plate 2140 is installed, the front plate 2140 can move from front to back until the first folded edge 21411 is clamped into the limit groove 2103, and the limit groove 2103 surrounds the limit groove 2103 around the first folded edge 21411 or the first folded edge 21411, so that the preliminary installation of the front plate 2140 is realized. That is, at this time, the portion of the bottom plate 2110, the portion of the top plate 2120, and the portion of the side plate 2130 overlap with the portion of the front plate 2140, thereby reinforcing the structural strength of the joint and ensuring that the structural strength is not lowered due to the provision of the opening 2102.
The first folded edge 21411 may be disposed at the edge of the opening 2102, for example, the first folded edge 21411 is formed by bending, so that the first folded edge 21411 and the plate 2142 are integrally formed, and have a higher structural strength, and the limit groove 2103 is disposed at the front ends of the top plate 2120, the bottom plate 2110 and the side plate 2130, so that the limit groove 2103 is convenient to form, and the first folded edge 21411 and the limit groove 2103 are convenient to cooperate.
Further, in some embodiments of the present utility model, as further shown in fig. 8, 9, 10, 12 and 13, the limiting groove 2103 is provided with a recess 2104, and the first fold 21411 is provided with a protrusion 21412, and the recess 2104 is provided with a protrusion 21412 for embedding, so that positioning and guiding of the installation of the front plate 2140 are performed, and the constraint between the front plate 2140 and the bottom plate 2110, the top plate 2120 and the side plate 2130 can be reinforced, so that the stability of the preliminary installation of the front plate 2140 is enhanced.
Specifically, the protrusion 21412 of the first flange 21411 protrudes backward, the recess 2104 of the limiting groove 2103 is recessed backward, when the front plate 2140 moves from front to back until the first flange 21411 is snapped into the limiting groove 2103, the front plate 2140 is easier to align and install due to the matching of the protrusion 21412 and the recess 2104, and the front plate 2140 is prevented from being misplaced when installed, and the protrusion 21412 is embedded into the recess 2104 to be matched with the recess 2104 when the front plate 2140 is installed in place. In the present embodiment, the protruding portion 21412 is further rearward than the first folded edge 21411, and the recessed portion 2104 is further rearward than the limit groove 2103, so that the contact area between the front plate 2140 and the top plate 2120, the bottom plate 2110 and the side plate 2130 is properly increased in the front-rear direction, the movable space of the front plate 2140 is smaller (the movable space refers to the space required for the front plate 2140 to be loosened), and thus the constraint between the front plate 2140 and the top plate 2120, the bottom plate 2110 and the side plate 2130 can be enhanced. In addition, in other embodiments, the first fold 21411 and the limit slot 2103 may be designed to be further back, so that the contact area between the front plate 2140 and the top plate 2120, the bottom plate 2110 and the side plate 2130 is too large, which results in that the front plate 2140 receives more resistance when the front plate 2140 is mounted, and the front plate 2140 is not easy to move. In the present embodiment, the convex portion 21412 and the concave portion 2104 are provided, so that the contact area is appropriately increased, and convenience in mounting and mounting stability are both achieved.
In some embodiments of the present utility model, the front plate 2140 may also be positioned and installed with the top plate 2120, the bottom plate 2110 and the side plate 2130 by providing the connecting portion 2141 with a latch 21413, and the top plate 2120, the bottom plate 2110 and/or the side plate 2130 with a receptacle 2111, and inserting the latch 21413 into the receptacle 2111, as shown in connection with fig. 11 and 12, so as to position the front plate 2140 with the top plate 2120, the bottom plate 2110 and/or the side plate 2130.
Specifically, at least one of the top plate 2120, the bottom plate 2110 and the side plate 2130 is provided with a receptacle 2111, and the receptacle 2111 may be a through hole or a blind hole, it will be understood that when the front plate 2140 is installed, an operator can more easily observe from top to bottom, and thus, the receptacle 2111 may be provided on the bottom plate 2110 only, without providing the receptacle 2111 on the top plate 2120 and the side plate 2130, so that the structure is simplified, and the insertion of the latch 21413 into the receptacle 2111 is limited by the receptacle 2111, thereby realizing positioning constraint of the front plate 2140.
The latch 21413 is disposed at the edge of the opening 2102, which facilitates the manufacture of the latch 21413 by a bending process. For example, when the connecting portion 2141 includes the first folded edge 21411, the latch 21413 may be disposed on the first folded edge 21411 or may be spaced apart from the first folded edge 21411, so as to facilitate the manufacture of the first folded edge 21411 and the latch 21413, and as shown in fig. 12 and 13, the latch 21413 is disposed on the first folded edge 21411, and the first folded edge 21411 and the latch 21413 are formed by punching and bending processes, thereby reducing the manufacturing difficulty.
As shown in connection with fig. 10 and 11, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the receptacle 2111 is open in the front-to-rear direction, which facilitates front installation while avoiding space occupation of the latch 21413 in the up-and-down direction.
Specifically, as described above, the front plate 2140 is located in the front, the plate body 2142 of the front plate 2140 needs to abut against the door body 2200, the connection portion 2141 of the front plate 2140 needs to be connected with the top plate 2120, the side plate 2130 and the bottom plate 2110 in a matched manner, that is, when the front plate 2140 is installed, the front plate 2140 needs to move from front to back, the insertion hole 2111 is opened in the front to back direction, so that the latch 21413 is conveniently inserted into the insertion hole 2111 from front to back during the movement of the front plate 2140, so that the installation of the front plate 2140 is smoother, and it can be understood that the corresponding latch 21413 also extends in the front direction. In addition, when the latch 21413 is inserted into the receptacle 2111 in the front-rear direction, the latch 21413 can be prevented from occupying a space in the up-down direction, for example, a space of the accommodation chamber 2101, or protruding outside the toaster 2000.
