Abstract
La présente invention porte sur des procédés et des systèmes pour marquer, isoler, détecter et dénombrer des cellules biologiques ou d'autres analytes biologiques d'intérêt présents dans un échantillon, le complexe de capture pouvant également servir d'agent de marquage. Dans un mode de réalisation, le complexe de capture est une bille magnétique codée couplée à des anticorps présentant une affinité spécifique pour une protéine de surface cellulaire sur une cellule d'intérêt. Les procédés et les systèmes de la présente invention peuvent être utilisés pour une détection quantitative ou qualitative.
