Abstract
Le problème à résoudre dans le cadre de la présente invention est de proposer un dispositif pour chaudière qui supprime la corrosion, due à l'eau, d~un échangeur de chaleur dans une chaudière. La solution proposée consiste en un dispositif pour chaudière comprenant un moyen de recueil (3) de l'eau de chaudière destiné à recueillir l~eau de chaudière présente à l~intérieur de la chaudière (2), et un moyen d~ajout d'eau de chaudière (4) destiné à ajouter l~eau de chaudière recueillie à l~eau d~alimentation, avant l~introduction de celle-ci dans la chaudière (2). Ainsi, de l~eau de chaudière enrichie en silice, qui est un composant alcalin et inhibant la corrosion, est recueillie par le moyen de recueil (3) à partir de la chaudière (2) pendant les opérations de combustion. L~eau de chaudière recueillie est ajoutée à de l~eau d~alimentation stockée dans un réservoir d~eau d~alimentation (15) par le moyen d~ajout (4) afin d~ajuster cette eau d'alimentation sur une qualité pouvant inhiber la corrosion survenant sur une pièce de raccord entre un collecteur inférieur (6) et chaque tuyau d~eau (7) de la chaudière (2).
