Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil de réduction des résidus de combustion, particulièrement des polluants dans des gaz d'échappement générés à partir de la combustion de carburants, notamment des combustibles fossiles, du bois et analogues. Les gaz d'échappement sont traités avant leur libération dans l'environnement. Ce traitement consiste à effectuer une opération de post-combustion sous l'effet d'une chaleur rayonnée à laquelle les gaz sont soumis de manière à augmenter la température des gaz d'échappement à une valeur suffisante pour entraîner une combustion automatique.
