Abstract

L'invention concerne un mélange à base de pommes de terre et son procédé de fabrication. Ledit mélange peut être utilisé pour confectionner des produits alimentaires tels que de la purée, des galettes, des crêpes ou des produits de grignotage à base de pommes de terre. Ce mélange peut également servir à fabriquer des produits déshydratés à base de pommes de terre tels que flocons, flanules, granules, agglomérats, feuilles, morceaux, miettes, farine ou particules. Lesdits produits déshydratés à base de pommes de terre sont adaptés à la confection d'une grande variété de produits alimentaires tels que de la purée, des galettes, des crêpes ou des produits de grignotage à base de pommes de terre ou encore des pains, des jus ou des sauces. Les produits alimentaires confectionnés à partir de ce mélange et/ou à partir des produits déshydratés ainsi fabriqués possèdent un goût de pomme de terre et une texture améliorés. En particulier, le produit préféré est une chips fabriquée améliorée.
