Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'essais multiples destiné à l'évaluation, à la détection et au contrôle de processus à pression élevée. Ce dispositif est généralement constitué d'une enceinte sous pression pourvue de plateaux ou de plaques dotées de plusieurs cellules d'essai individuelles et éventuellement d'un couvercle permettant de sceller lesdites cellules, ainsi que d'un système de détection et/ou de contrôle des processus in situ dans chaque cellules d'essai individuelle. Ce dispositif est utile dans la détection de la formation de structures solides ou de la transformation de phase, notamment dans des systèmes d'hydrocarbures ou des mélanges d'eau et d'hydrocarbures, mais aussi en tant qu'essai automatisé optimisé de manière simultanée par rapport à plusieurs paramètres d'essai lors de l'analyse des inhibiteurs de la formation d'hydrate de gaz. Le dispositif d'essais multiples possède des systèmes intégrés de régulation de la pression et de la température, et peut également être relié à une installation destinée au dosage automatique des réactifs.
