Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif optique utilisant un adhésif purifié robuste comme liant. Des particules d'impuretés d'une taille supérieure ou égale à 0,1 micron sont retirées des matériaux précurseurs liquides avant la polymérisation ou la réticulation. On sépare ces particules d'impuretés du précurseur en appliquant une force centrifuge gravitationnelle élevée. L'adhésif purifié est utilisé pour coller entre eux des composants optiques disposés sur le parcours optique du dispositif. Cet adhésif purifié résiste aux dégâts causés par des lasers à grande puissance car les particules d'impuretés qui autrement auraient absorbé et dispersé la lumière laser ont été retirées de l'adhésif.
