Abstract

Cette filière destinée à l'extrusion de matériau biodégradable est pourvu d'un mandrin (30), d'un élément extérieur (40) placé près du mandrin, d'un orifice d'extrusion (5) se trouvant entre le mandrin et l'élément extérieur, d'un élément en communication avec au moins un élément définisseur de l'orifice d'extrusion, l'élément étant en mesure de produire un mouvement relatif entre l'élément extérieur et le mandrin, lequel mouvement relatif a une composante transverse au sens d'extrusion du matériau biodégradable passant par l'orifice d'extrusion, d'un dispositif régulateur de débit agissant sur le flux de matériau biodégradable passant par l'orifice d'extrusion ainsi que d'un dispositif positionnant relativement l'un à l'autre l'élément extérieur et le mandrin. L'invention concerne également un procédé amélioré d'extrusion de matériau biodégradable, le processus d'extrusion supposant un écoulement du matériau biodégradable dans une direction donnée à travers un orifice. L'amélioration apportée consiste à faire se déplacer le matériau biodégradable dans une direction ayant une composante transverse au sens d'écoulement lors de l'extrusion et à agir sur le débit du matériau biodégradable lors du passage par l'orifice d'extrusion. Cette régulation du débit repose sur le réglage de la pression amont du matériau biodégradable dans la filière d'extrusion ainsi que sur le réglage d'au moins une section transversale du circuit d'écoulement du matériau biodégradable à l'intérieur de la filière d'extrusion et sur la modification de la géométrie de l'orifice.
