Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif optique comprenant au moins un guide d'onde MMI (interférence multimode) et au moins une structure réseau de Bragg. Au moins un "guide d'onde d'accès" est placé sur un premier côté du guide d'onde MMI et au moins un guide d'onde d'accès est placé sur un second côté du guide d'onde MMI. Le premier et le second côté du guide d'onde MMI sont les petits côtés de ce guide d'onde MMI. Le guide d'onde d'accès a une structure de transition progressive et la structure réseau de Bragg est placée dans le guide d'onde MMI.
