Abstract

Prothèse auditive, de préférence programmable, possédant au moins un microphone (1), au moins un processeur de signal comportant au moins un canal, un amplificateur de sortie (9) et un transducteur de sortie (10), au moins un des canaux contenant un circuit (4) de traitement du signal comprenant au moins un estimateur (6) de percentiles permettant de déterminer ou de calculer de manière continue au moins une valeur percentile du signal d'entrée à partir d'une analyse et d'une évaluation continues de la distribution de fréquence et/ou d'amplitude du signal d'entrée. La ou les valeur(s) percentile(s) servent directement ou indirectement de signaux de commande pour régler le gain et/ou la réponse en fréquence du circuit de traitement électronique. L'estimateur (6) de valeurs percentiles comporte principalement un étage comparateur (12) comprenant deux entrées et deux sorties, la première entrée étant directement ou indirectement connectée à l'entrée de la prothèse auditive, les deux sorties commandant un premier étage de commande (13) dont les signaux de sortie commandent un premier intégrateur (14). La sortie de cet intégrateur achemine directement ou indirectement un signal de commande au circuit de traitement (5) du signal et à la seconde entrée de l'étage comparateur. L'invention comporte au moins un second étage de commande (16) connecté au premier étage de commande (13), et au moins un intégrateur supplémentaire (17) commandé par le second étage de commande (16), dont la sortie est reliée à une entrée supplémentaire du second étage de commande (16) et à un étage multiplicateur (15) interconnecté entre le premier étage de commande (13) et le premier intégrateur (14).
