Abstract
Description

1. Dispositif jetable de protection interne CA 02204996 1997-0 ~ -09 Disposable device for internal protection of ovens household The present invention relates to a disposable device for protect the interior of household ovens from soiling due to splashes of grease and sauces.
Maintenance of the interior of household ovens remains a major problem for most housewives, despite some devices used by manufacturers, such as the cleaning by pyrolysis which requires an energy expenditure considerable, the catalytic elements of the walls, which degrade quickly, or for traditional ovens, the use of many degreasing chemicals disadvantages; progressive degradation of the walls due to the corrosion caused by acids, risk of burns and intoxication, bad odors, etc.
State of the art can be defined by documents following.
Document CH-A-477.195 proposes an electric roasting pan which has disposable metal sheets pressed against the side walls by permanent magnets.
The protection offered is largely insufficient since CA 02204996 1997-0 ~ -09 W096 / 20374 PcTn ~ S / 01705 only the side walls of the oven are protected. Whether it be at the bottom of the oven, which is the most inaccessible, or at the lower level, where all the cooking liquids flow out, the walls are absent and only protect too partially the oven. In addition, the use of magnets for fixing is both expensive and not recommended in an oven intended for cooking food, all the more so as heating can be provided by an electrical resistance, which can generate parasites of magnetic origin.
Documents US-A-1,158,782 and BE-A-904,275 relate to internal protection devices for ovens. These, unlike the previous state of the art document, offer devices each having a shape parallelepiped, the front wall of which has been removed to allow food to be placed inside of each protection device, itself inserted into the oven.
Protection is very acceptable with these protection; however, too much confinement of food can interfere with the proper cooking of these.
The present invention eliminates the need to choose between good oven protection or good cooking of food.
To this end, the invention relates to a disposable device for internal protection of household ovens consisting of a box folding, characterized in that the box consists of four walls, i.e. one bottom wall, two walls side and a rear wall, and an anti-drip lift which constitutes the lower part of a front wall.

In a second embodiment, the box is in two-parts, a first part constituting the two side walls and the rear wall, and a second part constituting the wall lower and anti-drip ascent.
According to this second embodiment, the second part is consisting of a tray, the bottom of which acts as a wall lower, and one edge of which acts as a lift anti-drip.
In addition, the first part consists of three walls united to each other.
CA 02204996 1997-0 ~ -09 Whatever the embodiment, the box and therefore the walls are made of aluminum sheets.
On the one hand, the box and therefore the walls are made of fabric and / or paper. On the other hand, each wall has a frame formed by a frame.
The side walls have horizontal grooves, , each groove of one of the walls being at the same level as a groove of the other wall, so that at least one of the grids of the oven can be placed in the grooves.
The rear wall has holes for the passage of air convection.
Each hole comes from an H-shaped cutout, which creates two wings whose deformations constitute a nozzle of air projection.
The device has three convection air inlets, from the top of the back plate, from the front, i.e.
over the anti-drip lift, and through the holes in the wall rear, and also comprises at least one suction means for the air.
Air suction is provided by a filter grid present at the rear wall.
According to an alternative embodiment, the filter grid comprises an awning grid which prevents liquids from flowing over the outer face of the rear wall.
The box has at least one slot for the passage of the rod of a rotisserie.
All or part of at least one of the walls, placed at the level of the interior lighting of the oven, is of transparent structure and unalterable with heat.
A transparent front wall is present so that a free space between this wall and the anti-drip lift exists to allow air circulation.
The anti-drip lift is V-shaped, cross-section transverse.

The device comprises a box consisting of a bottom, two side walls, a rear panel and a lift anti-drip. The walls, the panel and the lift are integral of the bottom and articulated in relation to it.
The assembly of the walls, relative to the rear panel, is carried out thanks to two junction flaps provided with a material adhesive.
The rear panel has a pre-cut and trimmed slot a reinforcement for the passage of the rod of a rotisserie in the static version.
In one embodiment, the rear panel has an air intake filter grid, for the heat version rotating ".
In certain embodiments and according to the materials used, the box is provided with an articulated stiffening frame.
CA 02204996 1997-0 ~ -09 The anti-drip lift is maintained in the vertical position by adhesive tabs attaching to the walls.
The device according to the invention is particularly intended internal protection of household ovens.
The present invention relates to a disposable device for internal protection 1 intended to be installed, according to F5 of the Figure 1, inside the enclosure of an oven 2.
This disposable device 1 is essentially constituted by a folding box 3.
This box 3 is shaped, as we can see shown in Figures 3, 8 and 9. This 3 has a shape substantially parallelepipedic having two faces which have been deleted. These two sides are the upper side and the side before. Therefore, the box 3 consists of a rear wall 7, two side walls 5 and 6 and a bottom wall 4.
According to a first embodiment shown in the Figures 1 and 2, these walls are secured to each other and form a one-piece assembly.
According to a second embodiment shown in the Figures 5 and 6, the folding box 3 consists of two parts 9 and 10.
The first part 9 consists of the joining by means of fixing the public domain, of three panels constituting, on the one hand, the side walls 5 and 6 and, on the other hand, the rear wall 7. This fixing can be carried out either by gluing, welding or clinching 22, as shown in Figure 12.
The second part consists of the lower wall 4 which, as seen in Figure 6 in side view, is consisting of a tray 4.
In a particularly interesting embodiment, this tray can be constituted by a dish which can be reused. In this case, it will only be necessary to replace the three other walls of the disposable device 1. In addition, the use of a dish, as a tray 4, can allow storage when the device 1 is sold of a maximum of first parts 9 consisting of side walls 5, 6 and rear 7 disposable.
CA 02204996 1997-0 ~ -09 WO 96/20374 PCT / ~ 95/01705 According to a second embodiment of the first part 9 box 3, this consists of a single element folded two levels to constitute, on the one hand, the rear wall 7, on the other hand, the right side wall 5 and the side wall left 6. This is what is well represented in figure 7. Good heard, this second part will always cooperate with a second part 10, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6.
As can be seen in Figures 4 to 7, grooves are present at the level of all the walls to increase the rigidity of the whole.
Thus, in Figure 4, the side walls 5 and 6 have horizontal grooves 11 and 12 which are parallel to the tray 4, when the box 3 is-shaped. These grooves 11 and 12 allow the establishment, inside the device 1 itself inside the oven 2, a grid 13 of said furnace 2, shown in FIG. 1.
In this figure 1, the grid 13 is however not set place to allow its positioning inside the disposable device 1, but under this device 1 in order to create a space between the bottom of the oven 2 and the bottom wall 4 of said disposable device 1.
The tray 4 according to Figures 5 and 6 also includes ribs 23 which increase the rigidity of this element.
According to Figure 7, the rear wall 7 being integral structurally side walls 5 and 6, it is necessary that the excess material due to the presence of the grooves 12, at level of the side walls 5 and 6, or absorbed. Therefore, we performs folds 24 which allow ~ absorb these grooves 12 side and further increase the rigidity of the rear wall 7.
All the walls 4 to 7 always have the same references, in order to facilitate the understanding of the different embodiments of the present invention.
On the front side, there is in fact the presence of a small anti-drip rise 8 clearly visible in Figures 1 to 10.
As can also be seen in Figure 6, this rise anti-drip 8 has a shape of V 21, in cross section. This improves the rigidity of this lift 8 and also to give it a spacer function between the two walls ltl 6 at era 5 and CA 02204996 1997-0 ~ -09 WO 96t20374 PCT / liR95 / 01705 On all of the figures, we note that the rear wall 7 is provided with a filter grid 16. This has a good structure particular shown in Figure 11 and which consists of a set of awnings 17.
In this figure 11, the front part of the plan is that which is located inside the disposable device 1. It is therefore easy to understand that any cooking liquid or liquid substance which ~ would flow along the inside of the wall rear 7 could not pass outside said device disposable 1 because the inclination of the awnings 17 prevents the external flow of said fluid.
Although this is not shown in the figures, it is walls 4 to 7 may have, at a position predetermined adequate, a slot allowing the establishment of the oven rotisserie 2.
According to Figures 4, 7, 8 and 9, note the presence at level of the rear wall 7 of a transparent part 18, the predetermined layout is adequate to allow the juxtaposition in relation to the interior lamp of the oven 2.
20 According to figure 8, it is possible to view the whole air movements that may occur within the device disposable 1. This is where innovation and the importance of the invention compared to the state of the art.
Note that hot air can, by convection, penetrate inside the concavity of the disposable device 1 at the level of three very specific places.
First of all according to F1, the hot air can penetrate in passing over the rear wall 7.
Then according to F2, the hot air can also pass between the lower wall 4 and the bottom of the oven. Of course, it will necessary that ~ there is always a space between these two partitions.
to avoid overheating or other problem.
Finally according to F3, a plurality of holes 14 at the level of the wall 7 is practiced; of course, these holes 14 could be ~ 3S located in another place or on other walls.
. Finally, there is an aspiration to counter this movement of convection according to F1, F2 and F3. This aspiration according to F4 is carried out through the filter grid 16 which is also a means as this filter grid 16 is placed opposite CA 02204996 1997-0 ~ -09 from the original suction source present in the oven 2.
These holes 14 are in fact produced by a cut having a shape of H, which creates two adjoining wings 15. These two wings 15 are ajar and extend inside the device disposable 1 so that it substantially creates a venturi having a air projection nozzle function according to F3.
. According to Figure 10, the box 3 can optionally have a transparent front wall 19. However, it is necessary that the air flow according to F2 can always be made, thereby a free space 20, located between the ascent 8 and the wall 19, exists.
