Abstract

Il est possible de limiter la durée de survie de cellules par l'introduction, dans ces cellules, d'un gène dont l'expression, qui peut être régulée, entraîne la formation d'une nucléase de Staphylococcus aureus tronquée et/ou mutée, à activité cytoplasmatique. Les populations de cellules contenant, outre un tel gène dont l'expression peut être régulée, un ADN codant un produit génique à activité immunologique, pesticide ou à dégradation de polluants environnementaux, sont aptes à être utilisées dans des compositions à activité immunologique, des compositions à activité pesticide et des compositions servant à dégrader des polluants environnementaux.
