Abstract

Récipient comportant une collerette périphérique pourvue d'une ou plusieurs moulures en saillie destinées à la fixation de deux membranes obturant le récipient. La membrane inférieure peut être jointe à la première moulure de la collerette. La membrane supérieure peut être jointe à la deuxième moulure ou à une lèvre en creux de la collerette, sans contact avec la membrane inférieure si ce n'est par l'intermédiaire du récipient. Les deux plans de jonction peuvent être séparés par une gorge ou être positionnés sur des niveaux différents, afin de faciliter l'application de la membrane supérieure dans le cadre d'un procédé de fabrication continue. Méthode et appareil d'emballage en atmosphère modifié mettant en oeuvre un convoyeur rotatif transportant entre plusieurs postes et selon un mouvement circulaire plusieurs récipients à conditionner. Les récipients peuvent être chargés sur une plate-forme réceptrice, en étant déposés sur des plaques mobiles ou pouvant être animées d'un mouvement de va-et-vient vertical, afin d'être placés momentanément dans les fentes de la plateforme mobile. La plate-forme pouvant être otée du convoyeur, elle peut être centrée sur tout poste particulier en la soulevant du convoyeur et en la guidant selon un alignement précis à ce poste. L'emballage peut ensuite être rempli, son atmosphère étant remplacée par une atmosphère à plus faible teneur en oxygène, qui est ensuite enfermée de manière étanche dans l'emballage. Cette opération peut s'effectuer en continu, le film étant coupé à partir d'un rouleau. Emballage, méthode d'emballage et appareil d'emballage facilitant l'emballage des produits carnés de forte dimension et le remplacement de l'atmosphère ambiante par le milieu gazeux souhaité, afin d'allonger la durée de conservation du produit. L'emballage consiste en deux éléments en plastique relativement rigide, domés ou creux, préformés venant au contact de la surface d'obturation. La partie supérieure (318) et la partie inférieure (310) de l'emballage comportent des collerettes (312, 336) conçues pour faciliter non seulement la réalisation de l'emballage mais aussi son ouverture ultérieure. Une chambre de remplissage à mouvement de va-et-vient (320) maintient la séparation entre la partie supérieure et la partie inférieure de l'emballage afin de permettre le remplacement du milieu gazeux et peut ensuite être animée d'un mouvement descendant pour permettre à la partie supérieure de l'emballage de se positionner sur la partie inférieure et réaliser ainsi une liaison étanche.
