Abstract
Acier faiblement allié pour la fabrication de moules pour matières plastiques ou pour caoutchouc dont la composition chimique comprend en poids de 0,24% à 0,35% de Carbone, de 1% à 2,5% de Manganèse, de 0,3% à 2,5% de Chrome, de 0,1% à 0,8% de Molybdène plus Tungstène divisé par 2, jusqu'à 2,5% de Nickel, de 0% à 0,3% de Vanadium, moins de 0,5% de Silicium, de 0,002% à 0,005% de Bore, de 0,005% à 0,1% d'Aluminium, de 0% à 0,1% de Titane, moins de 0,02% de Phosphore. La composition chimique devant satisfaire en outre à la relation: U=409(%C)+19,3¢%Cr+%Mo+%W/2+%V!+29,4(%Si) +10(%Mn)+7,2(%Ni)<200 et à la relation: R=3,82(%C)+9,79(%Si)+3,34(%Mn)+11,94(%P) +2,39(%Ni)+1,43(%Cr)+1,43(%Mo+%W/2)<11,14
