Abstract
L'objet de l'invention est d'obtenir un procédé qui permet d'incinérer des boues de curage en provenance d'installations communales et industrielles d'épuration d'eaux usées, ainsi que des déchets, dans des installations d'incinération de déchets, de manière aussi écologique que possible, avec un bilan énergétique favorable et des moyens techniques simples. A cet effet, les boues de curage (4) deshydratés au préalable, ayant une teneur en matières sèches comprise entre 20 et 30 %, sont introduites dans un four rotatif (7). En contre-courant, les gaz de combustion (7) dégagés par une installation d'incinération de déchets (2) à une température comprise entre 600 et 900 C est aspiré à travers le four rotatif (1). Les fumées (8) ainsi produites sont injectées dans l'installation d'incinération de déchets (2), à des fins d'incinération, et réduisent la formation d'oxydes d'azote lors de l'incinération des déchets.L'objet de l'invention est d'obtenir un procédé qui permet d'incinérer des boues de curage en provenance d'installations communales et industrielles d'épuration d'eaux usées, ainsi que des déchets, dans des installations d'incinération de déchets, de manière aussi écologique que possible, avec un bilan énergétique favorable et des moyens techniques simples.
