Abstract

Pièce à corps creux moulée par injection comportant d'importantes parties creuses 1 qui fournissent la résistance nécessaire à la pièce à corps creux moulée par injection sans dépendre de nervures, les parties restantes plus solides variant en position et en taille. On injecte sous pression une résine fondue et un fluide pressurisé dans la cavité d'un moule métallique 4, on déplace un tiroir 5 en saillie dans la cavité du moule métallique 4, ce qui permet de former une pièce de soutien 2 à la position à partir de laquelle le tiroir 5 est déplacé. La position et la taille de la pièce de soutien 2 peuvent être déterminées en choisissant la position et la taille du tiroir 5.
