The present invention relates to a tin packaging air che suitable for concentrated egg products of pasty consistency and in the form of a flexible pocket.
European patent No. 51,757 has been described (LIOT) concentrated egg products and their pro-of preparation. These products that are of consistency high-concentration pastry contain the whole egg or only egg white or egg yolk adds salt and / or sugar. They may also contain other food ingredients or flavorings. Products are prepared by an original process which ensures excellent conservation and texture properties products obtained. For the use of these products, by ; example for making culinary preparations such as potatoes, sauces, soufflés, pasta cabbage, omelettes, etc. add a certain tain amount of water to pasty products and perform a suitable mixture to homogenize the whole.
So far the packaging of these pro-concentrated egg pastes of a pasty consistency have been made conventionally in rigid packaging, for example example in metal boxes. At the time of use reading, then pour into a suitable container a certain determined quantity of the product to be mixed the volume of water required to obtain the product reconstituted egg for culinary use.
These conditions did not, however, give complete satisfaction in practice. Indeed we understand takes the need to transfer the product in a container for mixing. It - 1 -!

this results in a loss of part of the concentrated product which does not cannot be used. In addition, there are sometimes difficulties in homogenelsation during mixing and quality of the final product due to a taine imprecision of the volume of water used for the dilution ~
tion. These problems arise in particular in the case where the concentrated egg product should be packaged in individual packaging intended for large-scale use blic. In this case indeed the user who is not a specialist has difficulty in metering methane water properly diaper and therefore does not obtain a perfectly re-productive and satisfactory.
The object of the invention is to solve these problems.
and define a packaging that allows the use in particular in the case of individual packaging.
duel containing a small amount of concentrated product, to carry out a precise mixing thus ensuring a perfect reproducibility of the result using all of the product contained in the packaging.
The invention also relates to such a packaging.
lage which allows to vary in determi ~ proportions do the product dilution according to the desired final taste by the user.
Another object of the invention is constituted by a packaging capable of containing the product after mixing and can be easily moved and handled without risk overflow.
The airtight packaging according to the invention is suitable for concentrated consistency egg products pastry made from whole egg, egg white or yolk egg additionally containing salt and / or sugar and Z ~) ~ 43 ~
likely to contain other ingredients or flavorings the product must be added with water before ..utllisation. The packaging according to the invention is presented in the form of a flexible pocket with a bottom on which the packaging can stand upright and lips closed bles at the top. According to the invention, the packaging the age comprises at least one translucent portion presenting : graduations that extend above the level of the product. The total volume of the packaging is chosen from so as to be able to contain the final preparation after me-change the appropriate amount of water with the product.
In an advantageous embodiment, the packaging lage includes a first graduation with different levels to facilitate the homogenization of the melan ~ e by progressive addition of water to the packaging.
The packaging preferably includes a second graduation with different levels to determine the ; final volume of the preparation according to the desired taste by the user.
20The packaging preferably includes a bottom titled by a cylindrical portion reinforced by an element rigid ring allowing the packaging to stand upright.
The invention will be better understood on studying the detailed description of a nonlimiting example according to the invention illustrated by the drawing an-nexe.
In the single figure of the drawing, is shown feel a packaging according to a preferred embodiment of the invention. The packaging as a whole is presented in the form of a flexible pocket 1 produced by welding the along two vertical edges 2 of two flexible sheets

thin 3 and 4. Each of these sheets 3, 4 can be advantageously formed by rolling several thicknesses comprising a layer of aluminum, a layer internal plastic material such as polyethylene high density and an outer plastic layer such as high density polyethylene. For more details sion, we can refer for example to the French patent ~ ais No. 2 311 730 (SCAL) which describes a semi-rigid packaging of this type. The bottom of the pocket is welded along the line 5 to the two sheets 3 and 4 thus ensuring a seal perfect. The approximately triangular annular zone area between the upper cylindrical part of the packaging and the tapered bottom is refe-rencee 6. This annular zone is advantageously rigid.
defined for example by means of ribs obtained by es-stamping or by the introduction of an intermediate layer diary in thermoplastic foam. In this way, the looks like the packaging can stand upright as illustrated on the figure and the solidity of connection between the bottom and the two sheets 3 and 4 is increased.
We can also see in the figure the level of the pro-concentrate of egg concentrate 7 which fills a little less of the half the capacity of the package. We will understand that after filling, the upper lips 8 of the sheets the 3 and 4 are closed and welded tightly in order to ensure the conservation of the product found in packaging.
Sheet 4 lying forward on the figure, includes a translucent window 9 of general shape rectangular rail, extended vertically. On one of the downhole windows 9 there are two graduates ; ~ 00435 ~
tions. The lower graduation 10 defines in the illustrated example three levels or marks 11, 12, and 13. The second or higher graduation 14 defines as for it also three levels Otl marks 15, 16 and 17. Each of the marks in this graduation extends horizontally horizontally on sheet 4, being visible outside laughing and to the edge of window 9.
When the user wants to implement the concentrated egg product found inside the packaging, it first opens the upper part of packaging by tearing or cutting the solder of the upper edge 8. It can then pour through the orifice opening 18 thus forms according to arrow 19, water to the inside of the pocket 1 kept upright on its bottom rigid. The dilution water is filled up to the first mark 11 of the lower graduation 10. The user is then asked to mix properly-the water thus added with the pasty product 7 is found in pocket 1. We understand that during this operation which can be done for example with a spoon or a wooden fork, all the egg product is ve actually mixed with dilution water without any loss, this mixture being made directly in the packaging.
After proper homogenization, the user can follow the dilution operation by adding water up to the level of the second mark 12. It then agitates mix it until it is perfectly homogenized before repeat the same operations until mark 13 of the lower graduation 10.
; ~ 0435 ~
The final melanqe which allows, by an addition additional dilution water, to obtain the product directly usable for a culinary preparation, requires the addition of water up to one of the marks of the higher graduation 14 then the agitation to homogenize the whole.
The packaging containing the product after mixing can remain standing thanks to the shape of its bottom and can be easily moved and handled without risk of overflowing dement.
Thanks to these successive additions of liquid it becomes possible to obtain a perfectly homogeneous product to use the entire product contained in packaging. The user is guided in these operations precisely thanks to the existence of graduations 10 and 14 in combination with the translucent window 9 which allows exact control of the dosage of dilution.
Depending on whether the user wishes to obtain a pro-product with an accentuated taste or on the contrary finer, it will use one or the other of the three marks 15, 16 and 17 of the upper graduation 14. This is for example that in the case of a sugar egg product, the use of the lower mark 15 will make it possible to obtain a prepa-very sweet culinary ration. On the contrary the use of the upper mark 17 will allow a prepa-less sweet final ration. In the same way the taste of the culinary preparation can be varied so specified by the user thanks to the existence of different .

annuities marks of the higher graduation 14 in the case where the product contains food flavors other than sugar.
Once the preparation is thus diluted and perfect-homogenized directly in the flexible bag 1, it it is easy for the user to pour the mixture directly-in the pan or pan for cooking the pre-dressing alone or mixed with other ingredients.
In ~ ention will have made it possible to make a precise mixture and perfect product with dilution water, use the entirety of the product in the packaging and finally to vary in a precise and reproducible way the taste of the final product.
Thanks to the packaging according to the invention, it becomes therefore possible for the user to implement simple and without any additional measurement or weighing, a concentrated egg product with a pasty consistency Keep in a sealed package.
