Abstract

Dry cake mixture &c. ingredients are enclosed in a liquid-proof bag having a capacity much greater than the volume of the ingredients so that liquid may be poured into the bag, its mouth closed and a batter produced by agitation of the bag and contents. The bag containing the ingredients may be enclosed in a carton with the excess bag material folded or rolled beneath the carton closure, or if the bag is not so enclosed, the excess material may be rolled up or folded on to one face of it and secured by adhesive tape or a metal closure.ALSO:Dry cake mixture &c. ingredients are enclosed in a liquid-proof bag having a capacity much greater than the volume of the ingredients so that liquid may be poured into the bag, its mouth closed and a batter produced by agitation of the bag and contents. The bag containing the ingredients may be enclosed in a carton with the excess bag material folded or rolled beneath the carton closure, or if the bag is not so enclosed, the excess material may be rolled up or folded on to one face of it and secured by adhesive tape or a metal closure.
