Abstract

The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of the engine operated generator as shown in the drawings; the engine operated generator presents a continuous generally symmetrical frame structure which extends along the lower sides and then curves upwards adjacent the corner areas of the engine operated generator, and then extend across the top of the engine operated generator adjacent the front and rear thereof; the engine operated generator presents three aligned members extending between the left side corners and extending across the front and rear portions of the frame structure; the engine operated generator also presents a handle-like structure situated at the front of the engine operated generator; the handle-like structure presents a pair of sleeve elements situated adjacent to and at right angles to a pair of spaced-apart U-shaped brackets situated on the upper front portion of the frame structure; the handle-like structure also presents a pair of arm portions which diverge away from the sleeve elements; the engine operated generator also presents a pair of spaced-apart longitudinally extending members which extend along the top thereof between the upper front and rear portions of the frame structure with a cross member extending between the longitudinally extending members close to the upper front portion of the frame structure; the cross member presents a clamp-like element situated centrally thereon; the engine operated generator further presents a control panel which extends along the upper left side thereof between right front and right rear corner portions of the frame structure.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a right front perspective view of the design of an engine operated generator;Fig. 2 is a left rear perspective view thereof;Fig. 3 is a right elevation view thereof;Fig. 4 is a left elevation view thereof;Fig. 5 is a top plan view thereof;Fig. 6 is a rear elevation view thereof; andFig. 7 is a front elevation view thereof.The stippled lines in the drawings do not form part of the design.Diagrams of the design are included.
