The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of an engine generator having a box-like housing; a pair of generally horizontal, lower cylindrical bar portions extend along the front and rear of and spaced slightly outwards from the bottom of the box-like housing and project outwards beyond the right side of the box-like housing before bending inwards to a lower right side bar portion; the lower cylindrical bar portions also extend outwards beyond the left side of the box-like housing and then bend inwards to form a lower left side cylindrical bar portion; a pair of wheels and a generally cylindrical axle are situated adjacent the lower left side of the box-like housing with the axle being situated generally at right angles to and beneath the lower cylindrical bar portions; the left side of the box-like housing has an outwards projecting area having an outwards and downwards extending upper surface, an outwards and upwards extending lower surface, inwards angled front and rear surfaces, and a generally flat left side surface; the projecting area has smooth curved corners between the upper, lower, front and rear surfaces and the left side surface; the upper surface of the projecting area has arectangular recessed area with rounded corners and an inner surface having two rows of generally identical raised fins extending across generally rectangular open area in the inner surface; the left side surface of the outwards projecting area has a series of spaced-apart band-like generally identical shallow horizontal depressions with flat inner surfaces which extend across the surface thereof and continue part-way along the front and rear surfaces;the left side surface of the outwards projecting area has a generally circular muffler opening area therein; the upper right side surface of the box-like housing is sloped slightly to the left and has a recessed generally rectangular control panel area with beveled inside surfaces and rounded corners; the control panel is situated within a larger generally rectangular raised area having rounded corners and beveled outside surfaces; the raised area has aflat surface beneath the control panel area with a small recessed rectangular area therein adjacent a series of horizontal rows of small generally rectangular slots; the lower right side surface of the box-like housing has a series of generally identical horizontal rows of larger generally rectangular slots that extend across the right side surface of the box-like housing; the front and rear of the box-like housing each has a generally identical large panel-likearea with a scalloped lower left side corner which follows the contour of the adjacent wheel, an angled upper left side corner, and rounded upper and lower right side corners; the panel-like areas have a series of generally equally spaced-apart and generally identical shallow horizontal depressions with flat inner surfaces extending across the surface thereof; a pair of stands with inwardly angled sides and flat bottom areas extend downwards from the horizontal lower cylindrical bar portions adjacent the right side of the box-like housing; a generally wide U-shaped and generally cylindrical upper left side bar portion extends to the left beyond the outwards projecting area of the box-like housing; the top of the box-like housing is generally flat and has a raised generally cylindrical fuel tank cap and an adjacent raised rectangular gauge area; the top of the box-like housing has a pair of horizontal upper cylindrical bar portions extending along the front and rear thereof with each horizontal upper bar portion merging into an angled left side portion through a smooth curved bend; an upwardly extending inverted V-like hanger extends between the horizontal upper bar portions close to the angled portions thereof; the upper corner of the hanger has a downward curved portion extending between the arms of the hanger; a pair of generally identical generally cylindrical handles in a first position extend horizontally outwards from angled brackets adjacent the upper right corner of the box-like housing; each angled bracket has downwards converging surfaces which merge into a rounded lower corner;
