Abstract
A soffit panel which is distinguished by the production of a lateral hooking with a similar panel and, in particular, by a hooking and nailing hidden from view and which does not affect the regularity of the lateral spacing of grooves of reinforcement in the panels of a soffit. The present soffit panel includes opposing side edges defining a male side edge and a female side edge, the female side edge forming a fold including a nailing edge, an interlocking slot with transverse recesses, and drainage holes communicating with the transverse hollow and the male edge is folded inwards and is transversely rounded to fit into the corresponding slot of an adjacent similar panel and to hang laterally in the corresponding transverse hollow. The central part of the panel forms perforated ventilation areas, separated by parallel intermediate grooves and having opposite lateral bands formed to produce a complementary groove identical to the intermediate grooves.
