"dispositivo terminal e método para controle de retransmissão". a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo terminal e a um método para o controle de retransmissão o qual é capaz 5 de evitar as carac- terísticas degradação na transmissão de um sinal de resposta e que minimi- za o aumento da despesa geral de um canal de controle de ligação ascen- dente quando arq é aplicado na comunicação usando-se uma banda unitá- ria de ligação ascendente e uma pluralidade de bandas unitárias de ligação 10 ascendente associada à banda unitária de ligação ascendente. em um ter- minal (200), uma unidade de controle (209) transmite um sinal agrupado de resposta usando-se um recurso de uma região básica de um canal de con- trole de ligação ascendente em uma banda unitária de ligação ascendente de um grupo de banda unitária quando nenhum erro é detectado na plurali- 15 dade de dados sobre o enlace descendente do grupo de banda unitária, o canal de controle de ligação ascendente na banda unitária de ligação as- cendente sendo associado ao canal de controle de enlace descendente em uma banda unitária básica que é a banda unitária de enlace descendente na qual o sinal do canal de transmissão que inclui as informações referentes à 20 banda unitária de ligação ascendente é transmitido, e a unidade de controle transmitindo o sinal agrupado de resposta que usa um recurso de uma regi- ão adicional do canal de controle de ligação ascendente quando um erro é detectado na pluralidade de dados sobre o enlace descendente.
