Abstract
método de adição de aglutinante, sistema de adição de aglutinante, amassador, e método de amassamento. trata-se de um método de adição e sistema de adição de aglutinante que permitem que um aglutinante seja uniformemente adicionado a uma matéria-prima de minério de ferro na granulação da matéria-prima de minério de ferro e permitem que a concentração de aglutinante e a quantidade adicionada sejam controladas com uma alta precisão e de forma rápida. o método de adição de aglutinante da presente invenção ajusta um bocal de mistura 70 que mistura um aglutinante e água individualmente fornecidos por um tubo de fornecimento de aglutinante 63 e um tubo de fornecimento de água 66 próximos a uma unidade de fornecimento de matéria-prima 55 de um amassador 50 e asperge uma solução aquosa de aglutinante em que o aglutinante e a água são misturados a partir do bocal de mistura 70 sobre a matéria-prima de minério de ferro que é fornecida à unidade de fornecimento de matéria-prima 55 do amassador 50.
