Abstract

MÉTODO COMPUTADORIZADO PARA AUTOMATICAMENTE SINTONIZAR UM COMBUSTOR DE UM MOTOR DE TURBINA A GÁS, SISTEMA PARA AUTOMATICAMENTE ESTABILIZAR AS DINÂMICAS DE COMBUSTOR OU EMISSÕES DE UMA TURBINA A 0 GÁS, E, UM OU MAIS MEIOS LEGÍVEIS POR COMPUTADOR. São providos um controlador de auto-sintonização e processo de sintonização implementado desse modo, para medir e sintonizar a dinâmica de combustão e emissões de um motor GT, relativas a limites superiores predeterminados. Inicialmente, o processo de sintonização inclui monitorar a dinâmica de combustão de uma pluralidade de combustores e emissões para uma pluralidade de condições. Na determinação de que uma ou mais das condições excede um predeterminado limite superior, um fluxo de combustível dividido em um circuito de combustível em todos os combustores do motor é ajustado por um valor predeterminado. O sistema de controle continua a monitorar a dinâmica de combustão e a recursivamente ajustar o fluxo de combustível dividido pela quantidade predeterminada até a dinâmica de combustão e/ou emissões estarem operando dentro de uma faixa prescrita do motor GT.
