Abstract

PROCESSO E PLANTA PARA A PRODUÇÃO DE ÓXIDO DE METAL PARTINDO DE SAIS DE METAL. A presente invenção refere-se a uma produto de óxido de metal a partir de sais de metal, em particular de hidróxido de alumínio, em que o sal de metal é preaquecido em um primeiro estagio de preaquecimento, pré-calcinado em um segundo estagio de preaquecimento e calcinado a óxido de metal em um reator com leito fluidizado e em que o produto obtido então resfriado em pelo menos um trocador de calor para suspensão e subsequentemente em um resfriador indireto de multiestágio. Para reduzir a demanda de energia de uma planta para calcinação, o ar de fluidização é fornecido ao reator com uma temperatura de até 150°C e antes de entrar no primeiro estagio de preaquecimento o sal de metal é pelo menos em parte fornecido a um secador para hidrato, em que ele é aquecido indiretamente com o meio de transferência de calor proveniente do primeiro estagio do resfriador indireto e seco.
